This is a fully home-based role for a savvy, creative Marketing Manager with strong digital experience, to work for a small, very successful ERP software company with a niche market they have developed and grown over 16 years. You will play an active role as part of the company management team, bringing vision to the business and driving strategic, integrated B2B marketing activities across the UK, creating a business impact on their target market. You will hold responsibility for the development and management of digital marketing campaigns and programs and designing lead generation campaigns.
Salary to £60k with a bonus, and private healthcare - they are also happy to look at Marketing Executives with management potential at the £45k mark. You must be comfortable and familiar with a fully home-based job, as you will probably only go into the office every 3 months or so. Your location can be anywhere in the UK. The company has rarely ever lost a member of staff and has never lost a client, so the right fit here is important.
They are looking for a marketing super star; someone who has previously worked in B2B marketing for a software or technology business and who understands the sector and the way it operates. If you have knowledge of ERP software solutions, so much the better. You have B2B marketing skills in the SME area, and strong digital experience covering content marketing, SEO, social media, digital advertising, and PPC. You are a data driven Marketing Manager who can attract traffic to their site and nurture and convert it into leads for the sales team.
Own the marketing and demand generation campaigns from cradle to grave
Manage social media, website, targeted digital ads, email, PPC, and SEO
Optimise and manage all paid-marketing channels and campaigns
Manage and coordinate the tracking of all digital marketing tactics
Develop a strategy for lead generation
Create compelling marketing material, digital and print
Improve conversion from the website and drive user adoption
Develop a relationship with the software vendor to increase inbound leads
Line management of a team member

You are an innovative and results oriented marketer with a passion for software who can leverage technology, creativity, data, content, media, and brand to drive exponential growth for the business.
