We are looking to recruit an experienced receptionist / office assistant to join our team at Mellors & Kirk in Lenton, Nottingham. Our auction house is very busy and the role can be quite varied, so the successful candidate would have the ability to adapt to this and manage and prioritise their workload. Key role and responsibilities for our Receptionist / Office Assistant: * Typing entry forms (both copy and audio typing) * Inputting sale details * Typing correspondence * Answering incoming calls and filtering them to colleagues * Welcoming visitors * Ordering stationery * Processing out-going mail, including foreign and special delivery post Minimum requirements for our Receptionist / Office Assistant: * accurate audio typing skills (essential) * previous experience as a receptionist * a friendly and professional manner and be IT literate * strong organisational skills * the ability to multi-task and be calm under pressure About Us Mellors & Kirk was founded in Nottingham in 1993.
