Candidate Requirements:

* Must hold QTS and NASENCO
* Experienced in SEN and interventions for students with SEN
* Proven track record in leading & managing aspects of inclusion
* Committed to raising standards for all students
* Strong leadership and good organisational skills
* High expectations.
