They need to understand quality, have an eye for detail, and a flair for innovation.<h3>Role Profile</h3>We require an Application Engineer to join the eCADSTAR Services Team at the Zuken Technology Centre, based at the Aztec West Business Park, North Bristol. The successful candidate will have responsibility for assisting in future software application development and the creation of supporting material for the Zuken product eCADSTAR.<h3>The Application Engineer role involves the following activities:</h3><ul><li>The development and maintenance of training courses suitable for delivery to Zuken offices and eCADSTAR resellers and customers where required. Candidates need to be able to communicate clearly with the team, be enthusiastic, versatile and self-motivated, looking to develop their skills in a challenging and evolving environment.We are seeking candidates with varying levels of Software Engineering experience. Those who are starting their careers with us should have enthusiasm and a passion for learning, while those who are more experienced will also have more diverse programming skills, ideally on Windows (our primary platform). The work requires involvement in all aspects of the software development lifecycle. We would expect them to be actively contributing throughout the initial prototyping and specification followed by design, implementation, testing and documentation.As a candidate’s skills and experience increases, their role can expand, taking on new challenges, ownership and responsibility.
