<div><div>EVH Grade 5, PA13 - 16 (£27,440 - £30,945 per annum pro-rata from 1 April 2023)Duration:Fixed term 12 months, 21 hours per weekThenue Housing Association provides high quality housing with a stock base of approximately 3,000 properties in our six main communities and has 21 supported accommodation projects, mainly located in Glasgow.We provide a factoring service to over 850 owners within our communities and the Finance Department is responsible for the provision of the factoring service of the association.We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and customer focussed individual to develop the newly created role of Factoring Assistant supporting the Factoring Officer to provide an efficient and effective local factoring service to owners and commercial leaseholders.
